Fundação Mendes Gonçalves is born from the commitment of Casa Mendes Gonçalves and its founder, Carlos Mendes Gonçalves, to create an impact that goes far beyond one generation. Founded in 2025, it is a concrete expression of social responsibility and the commitment to our land and our people. From Golegã, we promote locally rooted solutions with the potential to influence, inspire, and shape public practices and policies in Portugal and in the World.Entrepreneur and a visionary, Carlos Mendes Gonçalves believes that true transformation is the one that is shared.

We are born from the unbreakable bond between our founder, Carlos Mendes Gonçalves, Casa MG and the Golegã community. A relationship defined by proximity, trust and care for this great family of ours, with a strong desire to help it grow, far beyond borders.
We are defined by a restless attitude, the boldness to dream of endless possibilities, face challenges head-on and tirelessly seek new actions and partnerships for a better future for everyone.
